We use a cloud-based coaching platform that allows us a focused point of storage, communication, appointment setting, resources, assignments, and progress status. We will coach by phone (or Zoom) at least once per week for 60-75 minutes (sometimes more often and longer as needed). I am available by text nearly any time and I will respond within 24 hours, typically even much more quickly, to questions and needs.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You should plan to commit 3-10 hours per week toward your transition efforts in order to maximize your opportunities, depending on where we are in the process, the time requirement varies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A crucial element of my coaching is that there is&nbsp;<strong>no hour bank or time limit<\/strong>&nbsp;if we work together. I will coach with you until you land in the new position and the price for my coaching is fixed. Very few career coaches offer this &#8220;help you until you land&#8221; arrangement.
